How it works

Book your free valuation – Simply select a date and time convenient for you and your local Woodland appraiser will visit your property.

We market your property – We will create the marketing material, including photographs and floor-plan, and advertise your property on all major portals as well as our website.

We conduct property viewings – All viewings are accompanied by a Woodland agent 7 days per week. Meanwhile you can track all activity and feedback.

We secure you a suitable tenant – Prospective tenants apply online. All prospective tenants are verified through an external referencing company and once they have passed Woodland handle the deposit and tenancy agreement.

Inventory – Prior to check-in, we will instruct an inventory clerk to create an inventory detailing the condition of your property and its contents.

Rental collections – Woodland will collect all rental payments from your tenant and remit to your designated bank account. You can monitor your property account from your landlord dashboard at any time.

We co-ordinate maintenance jobs… – Woodland allows maintenance to be reported and tracked online. You can set how much, or how little, you would like us to do on your behalf. It is simple and transparent. Woodland have their own maintenance team which include qualified (Gas Safe) plumbers and (NIC) electricians.

Safety certifications – We will make sure your property is compliant with all safety regulations and can arrange the necessary tests and certification on your behalf.

Inspections – We will also arrange periodic inspections of your property, just to make sure your tenant is happy, property is maintained in good order and everything is in order.

When it’s time, we finalise everything at check-out – At the end of the tenancy we conduct a dilapidation report and arrange for the return of the tenant’s deposit on your behalf.
